Welcome Coach Adam Woodward!

The leadership team at Park Girls Lacrosse is committed to advancing the game of lacrosse as it impacts the young lives of our student athletes and their families.   Head Coach Nadine Leishman and the Board of Directors are pleased to announce the next step in growth and development for our club.

Joining our club immediately is Coach Adam Woodward.    Coach Adam will be joining the High School coaching staff as Associate Head Coach.

Coach Adam comes to Park with an impressive resume and is well-known among the regional lacrosse community.    This spring marks his 20th season coaching lacrosse.    Most recently, Coach Adam was Varsity Head Coach at the Mill Valley (boys) lacrosse club.    Adam also served as the KC Director for
the national development organization, True Lacrosse.  Adam played the role of Director and Coach for the regional True competitive travel teams for boys and girls for 10 years.   Of his 19 seasons coaching lacrosse, Coach Adam has coached girls lacrosse for 12 of those years.   

Coach Adam has a track record of improving lacrosse teams on the field, and a vision for growing the game off the field.    He brings a wealth of ideas and experiences to our club.    Coach shares : "I am grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to meeting and working with each of the players. I am anxious to get started!"
